I like this picture because i like the contrast of color that the plant has against the black in the background. I also like the how you can see the texture, and that there are varying shapes.

I think that this picture has interesting architecture because it has many lines and patterns running through it. Also, you can see the texture. There are also many shapes in the picture that make it interesting to look at.

I contrasted the image with the tree and bush a little so that the colors would stand out more.

In this picture I like how you can see the circle of light coming from the lamp.

I chose this picture because it has a focal point. Also, I think how it's blurry makes it more interesting.

This is a picture of the Exxon Mobile gas station all lit up in the dark. I was in a car and moving so the lights are blurry.

I tried to give some of these night pictures some spooky effects by blurring the edges, fading the picture, adding contrast, or adding vignette.

I chose this picture of New York City at night because one of my favorite places at night is the city when it is all lite. Also even when it is night the city is still up because its the city that never sleeps.

I took a picture of the buildings on route 10 becasue they looked interesting with the lights on and the pathway reminded me of NYC. I also took a picture looking into a tree and a light-up pumpkin at nighttime.

Red stop light reflected in a puddle in Morristown.




In this one I like how the street light is hitting the
church. It gives it an eery look. Kind of like a haunted house.
When I think of dark I mostly think of being scared.










To me this picture is really interesting. I like the way you
can see another cross in the window and how the sign
is not focuses and bright.
