I would suggest taking the flash off of your camera, because the flash in the reflection of the glass is kind of distracting, and in general the flash tends to wash out any picture. I think your subject matter is very creative and thoughtful, however maybe you should've tried to focus on just one figurine at a unique angle instead of just taking the picture as you would normally see the objects.
yeah watch out when you take pictures of glass. the flash reflects and you can see your camera strap on the bottom picture. try putting your lens right up against the glass next time. it reduces the glare.
