i like the contrast of the different shades of blue but what is it?

really really really cool...strong focal point, awesome contrast...i dont even think what it is matters cause overall its a really cool shot. although i do still want to know what it is because im curious :)
Its like this string of flowers that light up in the dark from Ikea.
ohhh. did you manipulate it in photoshop? why is it so pixelated?
